These Program Terms & Policies apply to The AI Film & Animation Lab, a live online educational workshop offered by Artractive Studio.
By submitting the registration form and completing payment, you agree to the terms below.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The AI Film & Animation Lab is a live online workshop focused on AI-assisted film, video, and animation production workflows.
The workshop is designed for creators, filmmakers, video producers, animators, artists, designers, content creators, and creative professionals who want to learn how to integrate AI tools into the visual production process.
The workshop includes live online sessions, course materials, creative exercises, production assignments, and access to selected AI software/tools used during the course.

Format: Live Online
Schedule: 2 days per week in June 2026
Duration: Approximately 2 hours per session
Class Size: Limited to 20 participants
WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN
During the workshop, participants will explore the AI-assisted production pipeline, including:
Idea development and creative direction
Working from a shared base scenario to develop a personal short film
Storyboard creation based on the scenario
Character design
Scene and style development
Generating scene visuals from storyboard frames
Generating scene videos
Lip sync and sound effects workflows
Editing and post-production
Final project assembly and render
FINAL PROJECT
By the end of the workshop, each participant is expected to complete a short film or short-form visual project developed during the course.
Participants will work from a shared base story/scenario. However, each participant will shape their own characters, scenes, visual style, video outputs, and final creative interpretation through their personal artistic choices.
The final result may vary depending on each participant’s attendance, participation, creative decisions, technical progress, and completion of assignments.
Artractive Studio will provide instruction, guidance, workflows, and access to selected tools, but the quality, style, and completion level of each final project depends on the participant’s active participation and effort.
SOFTWARE, AI TOOLS, AND CREDITS
Selected software, AI tool access, and a set amount of AI tool credits required for the workshop will be provided by Artractive Studio and are included in the program fee.
Participants will not be required to make a separate payment for the AI tool credits included as part of the workshop.
The included AI tool credits are intended for course-related production and are subject to reasonable usage limits. Additional personal usage beyond the included credit allowance may require separate access, additional credits, or a participant’s own account.
If a participant chooses to use additional third-party tools, subscriptions, plugins, assets, or services outside the official course workflow, those optional costs are the participant’s responsibility.
PAYMENT
The program fee is $750.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your seat is not confirmed until payment has been completed successfully.
Because class size is limited to 20 participants, registration is handled on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
REFUND POLICY
Participants may request a refund within 3 days of completing payment.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@artractivestudio.com within 3 calendar days of the payment date.
After this 3-day period, program fees are non-refundable. This is because each confirmed seat is reserved for the participant, class capacity is limited, and Artractive Studio may allocate software access, AI tool credits, preparation resources, and administrative resources for each participant in advance.
By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
The program fee is $750.
Refunds may only be requested within 3 calendar days of payment.
After the 3-day refund window has passed, the $750 program fee is non-refundable.
Your seat is reserved after payment.
Software/tool access, AI tool credits, and preparation resources may be allocated in advance.
Missed sessions do not qualify for a refund.
Partial participation does not qualify for a partial refund.
Failure to attend the workshop does not qualify for a refund after the 3-day refund window has passed.
If Artractive Studio cancels the entire workshop, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop date.
ATTENDANCE AND RECORDINGS
Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions.
If session recordings are made available, they are provided for enrolled participants only. Recordings, links, course materials, and internal resources may not be shared, copied, sold, published, or distributed without written permission from Artractive Studio.
COURSE MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, slides, workflows, templates, demonstrations, recordings, and instructional content provided by Artractive Studio are for personal educational use by enrolled participants only.
Participants may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit the course materials without written permission.
Participants retain ownership of the original creative works they produce during the workshop, including their final short film or visual project, subject to the terms of any third-party software, AI tools, stock assets, music, sound, or media used in the production.
AI TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The workshop may involve the use of third-party AI tools, software platforms, or online services.
Artractive Studio is not responsible for changes, outages, limitations, account issues, policy updates, credit consumption rules, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Participants are responsible for following the terms of service and usage policies of any third-party tools used during the workshop.
PRIVACY POLICY
Artractive Studio collects registration information necessary to administer the workshop, including name, email address, country, time zone, experience level, primary interests, and any other information voluntarily submitted through the registration form.
This information may be used to:

Communicate program details
Send onboarding information
Share class links, schedules, and course updates
Provide participant support
Improve future programs and services
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. Artractive Studio does not store full credit card numbers.
Artractive Studio does not sell participant personal information.
Participant information may be shared with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the workshop, process payments, deliver email communications, host online sessions, or provide course access.
By registering, you consent to receiving program-related emails from Artractive Studio.
COMMUNICATION
Program-related communication will be sent by email. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder for updates.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other participants.
Artractive Studio reserves the right to remove any participant from the workshop for disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior. Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Artractive Studio may make reasonable changes to the schedule, tools, curriculum, instructors, or session structure if needed to improve the workshop or respond to technical, operational, or scheduling requirements.
